You don’t have to stay stuck.
Reclaim your full self. Psychotherapy and EMDR for adults in Texas.
Your Mental Health Matters
Life experiences, relationships, loss, anxiety, and trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. We get busy and the first thing to go is the time we carve out to really take care of mental health. Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen to what your mind and body are telling you, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already hold an innate capacity for healing. Together, we’ll create space for greater understanding, connection, and the freedom to move forward as your fuller, more authentic self.
What can you expect?
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are looking to try something new, you are welcome here. Finding the right fit in a therapist is important - here are a few of my specialities.
Therapy for Women
Rediscover the woman beneath the expectations. Together, we'll gently untangle the messages you've carried for years, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a life where caring for others no longer comes at the expense of caring for yourself.
Relationships
Painful experiences don't have to define the rest of your life. Whenever you feel ready, we will gently identify and process the memories and survival patterns that once protected you, helping you move toward greater peace, resilience, and freedom.
Trauma
The ways you've learned to protect yourself in relationships made sense at one time. Therapy can help you understand those patterns with compassion, so you can update the habits that may no longer be helpful and build deeper connections without losing yourself in the process.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy is an evidence-based treatment for trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and other emotional challenges. As a certified EMDR therapist, I use this powerful, body-centered approach to help clients process difficult experiences and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing.
Parts Work
Parts work helps you understand the different thoughts, emotions, and protective responses that shape your daily life. Together, we'll explore your inner world with compassion, helping you build greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and lasting healing.
Grief and Loss
Grief counseling provides compassionate support for navigating the pain of loss, life transitions, and traumatic experiences. Together, we'll process your unique journey, helping you find meaning, resilience, and hope while honoring what has been lost.
My Therapy Approach for Clients
15-minute Consult
Let’s start by introducing ourselves in a free 15-minute consultation. You can share what’s bringing you to therapy and I will share about how I work. We will each have an opportunity to ask questions and together, evaluate if working together feels like the right fit.
Journeying Together
Therapy has the potential to be a sacred journey toward greater insight, healing, and connection. We’ll move at a pace that honors your experiences, encourages growth, and supports your needs as they evolve.
Hope for Change
In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what’s causing you the most suffering in day-to-day life and what feels most important to focus on in therapy. Most importantly, we’ll ensure you feel safe and supported as we make room for hope and take steps toward change.

Start on a path that meets your needs
For many of us, taking the first step towards getting help can be the most challenging. I get it - life is busy, jobs and families can take every minute of our time, and sometimes we don’t quite know how to even put into words what we need or what the problem is. If that sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place!
Reach out today to discuss how we can make therapy work for you.
